Simply Accounts, as the name points out, is an accounting software tool. It was designed to provide a professional accounting solution to small businesses. Under a user friendly, customizable and intuitive interface, this application presents the powerful functionality that you would expect to get from a sophisticated accounting software.

The Simply Accounts installation file is about 24MB in size. When you run this file, a setup wizard shows up and takes you through all the steps you need to take in order to install the application on your Windows-powered machine. After the installation finishes and you launch Simply Accounts for the first time, you will have to provide an email address to start using the 14-day trial. After that, you will be invited to provide a bit of info about your company.

Simply Accounts uses a ribbon interface that is very easy to navigate. The nice thing about the interface, besides the ease of use, is that you can change its looks with skins. In the Administration menu, the Skin submenu, you will find several skins to use. There’s even a skin that turns the interface pink and puts hearts all over the place.

To help you get started, the Simply Accounts interface presents help panels; access a feature and the help panel will provide much needed information about it. On top of that, there’s a detailed and comprehensive Help file that is sure to come in handy if you need any help. Should you come across a problem that is not covered in the Help and you can’t figure out on your own, you can always contact the developer for support.

As mentioned above, Simply Accounts is a professional accounting software meant to be used by small businesses. Simply Accounts is available in three versions: Cash Book, Pro, and iXBRL.
The trial version can be used for evaluation purposes for 14 days. The trial does not allow you to submit VAT returns or export the iXBRL file. It will also put a watermark on the printed reports.
